Point of view

Your organisation is not short of data. It is short of responses.

Your systems generate the data. Nobody has designed what should happen when it shows a problem. That is the gap we close.

The architecture

Consulting-led. Built on your existing systems. The IP is yours.

The argument
Every business we have worked with already has the data. Asset readings. Transaction records. Customer behaviour logs. Approval histories. The information that should be driving a response exists. It is sitting in a system somewhere. Nothing is being done with it.

The problem is never the data. The problem is that no one has defined what should happen when the data shows a particular condition. There is no workflow. No owner. No response. The event passes and the business pays the cost.

This is not a technology problem. The technology is almost always there. What is missing is the design work. Someone needs to look at each business event and ask: what should happen when this occurs? Who should be told? What system should update? What is the escalation path? Without that design, the technology sits idle.

That is what we do. We design the response. Then we build it with your team on your existing systems. And when the engagement ends, the blueprint and the implementation belong to you.

Why the gap exists and what closes it

Most organisations have invested in systems that tell them what happened. ERP, BI tools, dashboards. These are excellent at recording. They are not designed to respond. Nobody looked at the events flowing through those systems and defined a workflow for each one. That is the gap. And it is a consulting problem, not a technology problem.

Closing it does not require a new platform. It requires someone to sit with your operations team, identify the events that matter most, document what should happen when each one occurs, and then build that response into your existing systems. That is the engagement we offer.

The IP stays with you. The dependency does not.

What you own when we are done

Every engagement ends with a handover. You receive the event blueprint document a full specification of the event, the automation logic, the system integration design, and the decision rules. You receive the working automation built on your systems. And you receive the training and documentation your team needs to run it without us.

We do not retain access to your systems. We do not create ongoing dependencies. We are not a managed service. We are a consulting partner. We identify, design, build, and hand over. That is the entire model.

The Automation Blueprints repository is where we publish what we have learned across engagements. Every event pattern documented. Every workflow design shared. Free for any operations team to read, reference, and apply.

How we scope an engagement

We start every engagement the same way. One business event. We identify it together with your team, agree on the response design, and build it. That first engagement is fixed fee and time-boxed. You evaluate the output. If it delivers value, we go again with the next event.

We do not sell transformation programmes or multi-year roadmaps. We sell completed work. One event, one blueprint, one working automation. You own it. You decide what comes next.

The Automation Blueprints repository is free. The consulting engagement is how you turn those blueprints into working automations on your systems.

The shift we ask organisations to make

How we work with your team

01

We identify the events together

We run a structured session with your operations team. No homework required. We ask the right questions to surface the events that are costing you the most and have no automated response.

02

We design the automation blueprint

We document the full automation logic. What triggers the response. What each system does. Who is notified. What escalates. The blueprint is yours before we write a line of code.

03

We build it on your existing systems

We build the automation on your ERP, CRM, field tools and communication layers. No new platform. No vendor lock-in. Your team is involved throughout so they know every part of what we have built.

04

We hand over and step back

We document everything, train your team, and hand over the implementation completely. The blueprint, the code, the integration all of it belongs to you. We step back. You run it.

Without a consulting partner
  • Known business events with no automation response

  • No clear owner for designing the automation workflow

  • Technology investment that is not translating to action

  • Automation tools available but nothing defined to automate

  • No internal capacity to design and build the workflow logic

Working with Automation Blueprints
  • One business event identified, blueprinted, and automated

  • The automation is built on your existing systems no new platform

  • Your team owns and runs the implementation we step back

  • Every blueprint and line of code belongs to you no lock-in

  • The next event is ready to scope whenever you are

Tell us about one operational event your organisation is missing.

One event that occurs with no response. That is where we start. We design the automation, build it on your systems, and hand over the IP.

The event repository is a public library of documented operational events across six industries. Every entry includes the event definition, why it matters, and the workflow that should fire when it does.
